By using Elevate and connecting it to an AI assistant, you agree to these terms.
Elevate is a personal fitness-tracking tool that lets you log and review workouts, including through connected AI assistants. You may only access data belonging to the account you sign in with.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Accounts are created in the Elevate app; the AI connector only signs you in to an existing account. Do not attempt to access other users' data or abuse the service (for example, by overloading it or using it to send unsolicited email).
Your fitness data is yours. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Elevate app (Profile → Delete Account).
Elevate is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a fitness log, not medical advice — always use your own judgement when training. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, and the service may change or be discontinued.
