Elevate — Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 July 2026

Elevate is a personal gym-tracking service. This policy explains what data it holds and how it is used when you connect Elevate to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT.

What we store

Elevate stores the fitness data you create: workouts, exercises, sets (weights, reps, effort), routines, bodyweight logs, and body measurements. To run your account we also store your email address through our authentication provider. This is health and fitness information — it is only ever associated with your own account.

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to provide the service: to show your history in the Elevate app and to answer your requests when you talk to a connected AI assistant. When you connect an assistant, it can read and write only your own data, scoped to the account you sign in with. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and the app ships with no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our database provider (Supabase). Email delivery of your one-time sign-in codes is handled by the same provider. AI assistants you connect (Claude, ChatGPT) receive only the specific data needed to answer each request, under their own privacy policies.

Deleting your data

You are in control. In the Elevate app, open Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account to permanently remove your account and every workout, measurement, and record associated with it. This cannot be undone. You can also disconnect the connector at any time from your AI assistant's settings.
